Kera303 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Rules

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the kera303 platform at kera303.my, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and kera303 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the kera303 platform and must close your account immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

Kera303 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The latest version is always available on this page with a clearly indicated update date.

To register an account with kera303, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.
• Legally residing in Malaysia at the time of registration.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the kera303 platform.
• Not acting as a representative or agent of another party during registration.
• Only holding one (1) active account only — multiple account registrations are not permitted.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. kera303 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, proof of address, and payment details. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal processing being suspended or your account being closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. kera303 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Kera303 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods are valid local Malaysian payment methods. kera303 does not accept deposits via any foreign payment method.

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation. kera303 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Players may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions being fully met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled first.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit for anti-money laundering purposes.
• The maximum withdrawal is RM50,000 within 24 hours and RM200,000 within 7 days, unless otherwise specified for VIP accounts.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. In most cases, withdrawals via e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and DuitNow are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals via FPX bank transfer may take up to 1 business day.

Kera303 reserves the right to suspend or withhold any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of terms. In such cases, an internal investigation will be conducted and the user will be notified within 3 business days.

Kera303 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotion terms, and the following general conditions also apply:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for betting in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• The wagering requirement is typically between 5x to 20x bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or promotion abuse will be voided without notice.
• Kera303 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will be banned from all future promotions.

All bets placed on the kera303 platform are subject to the following betting rules. Players are encouraged to read and fully understand these rules before placing any bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified unless there is a technical error acknowledged by kera303.
• Kera303 reserves the right to void and refund bets if a match or event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not played at the designated venue.
• In the event of incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, kera303 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake without interest.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier. Further details are available on the respective betting pages.
• Official decisions by the relevant sports governing bodies (such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Badminton Association of Malaysia, and Riot Games for esports) will serve as the final reference for bet settlement.

For live betting, odds change in real time based on how the match unfolds. Bets successfully placed before an odds change are settled at the odds recorded by the system at the time the bet was accepted, not the odds displayed when you clicked the button.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kera303 platform:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, access accounts, or exploit the system.
• Money laundering — using the kera303 platform to process or conceal illicit funds.
• Identity fraud — registering or using another person's account without authorisation.
• Match fixing — involvement in or collusion with match-fixing of any sporting event or game.
• Technical bug exploitation — intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account trading — selling, buying, transferring, or renting your kera303 account to another party.
• Multiple account use to circumvent betting limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other fraudulent purpose.
• Distribution of harmful content through any communication channel within the kera303 platform.

Kera303 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with kera303 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, identification number, email address, phone number, payment information, and transaction records. This data is used for identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Kera303 will not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a valid court order.

Kera303 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any legitimate remaining balance (excluding bonuses or winnings obtained through illegitimate means) may be returned upon completion of the investigation. kera303's decision in such matters is final.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests made due to problem gambling will be processed promptly with no additional conditions.

The kera303 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption 24/7, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, outages, or unplanned downtime.

• Kera303 is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end.
• Kera303 is not liable for failed transactions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any betting outcome that has been lawfully settled is final and cannot be contested on technical grounds unless there is clear evidence of a system error on the part of kera303.
• Kera303's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
